Hi Jacqui.

Sorry to hear of your loss.

There are a couple of things you can do, though they won't unfortunately bring your dad back.

1. Contact Andrew Bridgen - he's the former MP who was shinned by the CONservatives for highlighting the excess deaths, and continues to raise the issue even though he lost his seat.

2. Write an Affidavit of Truth - for each Paramedic, for the Police, and, depending on how you get on with your stepsisters, each one of them.

It's likely that you will get no response, and that is par for the course unfortunately, but there is a legal maxim which states that an unrebutted affidavit stands as truth. The fact that the statements in your Affidavit will only be the truth there can be no rebuttal, and if they do rebut, it will need evidence to back it up. This will be fictitious or fraudulent.

There are many within the system who are oblivious to what is coming down the line. They think they're bulletproof and free from prosecution but I fear that time is catching up with them. There will be no amnesty. Just like the people who gave the Covid injections, they too are unaware of what is coming. They will be thrown under the bus by the system.

There are greater calls around the world for a new Nuremburg Trial, and just like at the original trial "just following orders" will not be accepted as a defense.

If you need assistance in how an Affidavit is put together just reach out.

Kind regards,

Neil

Thanks. I’ve been in touch with Andrew Bridgen since June 2023. I helped arrange a meeting in Parliament between him and the members of over 40 affected families. He’s well aware of what’s been happening. I offered to write a statement for the police. They said they didn’t want one as I wasn’t considered a witness.

Ah, the police, those we were always taught to respect; pillars of society; etc, now employing some from the underneath the barrel as they've scraped it so much that there's a hole in the bottom of it.

A coroner was not the witness to a crime yet they take their word for it.

All you've done is question the perpetrator and want to provide their testimony as given to you. Don't the police interview suspects and provide testimony following the interview? surely that's the same thing.

Then again, they are policy officers and are adept at covering up the narrative. We pay the wages but they don't work for us.

You could always write the statement, or issue affidavit of truth and tell them you're reporting a crime. They are duty bound to investigate a crime.

Remind them of the Nolan Principles.

I reported it as a murder in November 2021. Eight months later, they closed the case.

Oh Jacqui, that’s the most awful story and I’m so very sad you lost your dad in this way. Sadly I’m not surprised because I’ve heard so many similar stories. Indeed, just yesterday, a friend who is a nurse told me that her mum in a care home was prescribed subcutaneous morphine when she was visited by a GP for a painful knee! It’s such an inappropriate first line treatment for a frail older person but now seems to be an accepted course of action. The GP didn’t properly assess her or consult with my friend who is her welfare POA. She’s thankfully taking it further. Stories like yours have to be told and the more people hear them the more likely they are to believe this is happening.
